You can turn the middle part (with the laser) or upper part (with the antennas) seperately and also rotate and move the laser in and out. There are animations included but it also makes it very simple to create your own or use Aim/Look IK to get realistic rotating parts.
The Normal, Metallic & Roughness maps can be interchanged if you want to save space.
