Note for Unreal 5.5 and above: To use static lighting scene, enable Allow Static Lighting in Project Settings > Rendering, as UE 5.5 and later disable this option by default

Update: A customer asked if I could add a static lighting scene for performance reasons, so I created a new scene with baked lighting. You can find the added map named 'ShowcaseBakedLighting', with all lightmaps optimized.
