Discover this large, modular complex featuring a reception area, bowling lanes, a lounge area, a billiards area and a floor with an arcade and karaoke area. 

The environment is modular, with 27 blueprints to create your own scene quickly, easily and randomly. Many objects have different textures for added variety. 

You can add your own images or videos to any of the screens/televisions included in the pack. 

Light effects with 3 different patterns, you can add your own patterns and customize colors. 

Don't forget to enable virtual textures support in your project settings

• Games Center scene (4 blueprints) : 

-A blueprint for a table soccer table and a blueprint for a shuffleboard field hockey game, where you can choose the bottom light. 

-A blueprint of a round carpet, so you can choose the number of open angles and add other carpets. 

-A blueprint of an assembled TV with a stand.

• Billiard scene (5 blueprints) : 

-Blueprint of a billiard table where you can choose between 3 colors for the carpet, whether you'd like a sticker on the table and the length of the lamp chains.

-The spot and tray blueprints let you choose whether you want balls or only a certain number; they have a random rotation in a plastic triangle or square support.

-The two furniture blueprints let you add tails or balls with random rotation too.

• Bowling scene (5 blueprints) : 

-The Alley blueprint lets you add a complete bowling lane with your choice of lights, lane number and rim style; choose from 3 images on the screen or add your own image or video.

-The Back blueprint has a random arrangement and number of balls. 

-The Rack blueprint, to choose between two rack styles, lengthwise or in a circle, choose the number of balls, rotation is also random.

-The Desk blueprint, to choose whether you want it to be filled with shoes or in random mode. 

-The Sofa blueprint lets you choose between different combinations.

-Blueprint that lets you create a floor or wall from 19 materials, choose the length and whether you want to add a skirting board or borders.
