This Open world kit comes with a fully playable detailed 4x4 km open world including a wild west/abandoned town with full interiors. We made full interiors and left most of the houses blank (enterable but nothing placed yet) so you can easily modify the interiors to your liking. The town is also entirely modular!

This environment came to be thanks to our love for the outdoors and rural America!

Style

The style of this environment can be considered as semi-realistic to hyper-realistic.

Features:

• Modularity - Every building in the scene is constructed with individual pieces that fit a numerical grid; build your own custom houses, shops, and more using the pieces provided!

• Materials - Most assets including buildings use repeating materials on their different surfaces – easily create your variations and versions of buildings using external material/texture assets such as Megascans; implementing is simple and easy.

• Huge - With 4 square kilometers of high-definition terrain, And 470 Meshes! you have plenty of room to expand or add new locations of your own with your creations.

• Detailed Interiors - A full set of props for interiors are provided and in some examples, cases have already been placed and decorated. All buildings are constructed to be ready for detailed interiors; the pieces fit together to provide external and internal walls/floors, leaving them ready for you to decorate however you like. Many assets are constructed to allow a large degree of color customization in the material, offering you lots of variation.

• Historical/Geographical Focus - Care has been taken to make sure the environment looks and feels correct for the time and place, using references from historical western towns, and advanced procedural terrain generation methods to create a convincing natural environment.

• VFX - We have included high-quality dust and fireplace effects specifically made for this environment. Use them in any of your projects!

• Optimized - The scene is well optimized and runs smoothly on PCs and consoles
