This product includes buildings and other city assets that are low on the number of material IDs and therefore draw calls. The concept map provided is with 120 FPS and each building is textured with only 3 materials in total (all the 10 buildings together have only 12 draw calls in BasePass while Nanite is on) while they are performant in terms of material complexity and memory cost as well (only 11 textures are used for texturing each building as a whole). Based on the performance testing done and provided in the Documentation, the buildings in this product are very much more performant than typical workflow of creating buildings for games. The assets are completely game-ready with LODs, collisions and lightmaps. 

Good Texture Customization option for the buildings: The buildings in this product give the users the option to easily change the whole appearance of a building only by customizing one texture. In this way users can customize and create lots of variations out of each building and populate their maps. To further find out about this option please watch this video.
