This 'Abandoned Train Depot' asset pack contains 60+ high-quality meshes. I have added some custom material parameters to let you switch between worn and clean versions giving you the flexibility to choose the style you want.
In the material instances, you have the 'layer parameters' tab where you can turn on and off dirt, this makes it intuitive to make quick adjustments.
I included 2 demo levels (Abandoned and a simple clean version that you can see in the pictures) for immediate use, or create an entirely new look.
I created a few pre-made blueprint actors so you can drag and drop them in. The trains are made to be static, but If I get enough requests, I could add a train with movable wheels, etc.

This asset pack contains UDIMS for the large trains so please enable 'virtual textures'
