Added extensive Userparameters to all Niagara VFX.

You can easily make LOD settings from a single field via Niagara Effect Type. "Video LOD Tutorial"
Optimized versions of original VFX have been added. You can see them by going into "Optimized_Map".
The files have been made more organized.

Some of the existing VFX have been optimized and Projectile VFX have been separated to make them easier to use.
There are a total of 50 "22 of them are optimized versions of the same existing vfx." vfxes in the Earth element vfx package, some vfxes are separated from each other. In this way, you can easily integrate it into your project and achieve good results. There are vfxs that are different from other normal earth abilities, they are more fantastic and visually better. You can watch the video and see it in more detail. Thank you, if every 5 different people rate the product, a new vfx will be added to the package.
