Fab Refund Policy



When are products eligible for a refund?

The products purchased on Fab can be refunded in any of the following cases:

1. Within 14 days of purchase if the product has never been downloaded;
2. The product is not in conformity with the description on Fab;
3. The seller approved a refund of the product based on good faith criteria such as for instance, technical issues with the product which prevent you from using it as advertised;
4. Epic determines in its sole discretion that a refund is warranted given the circumstances.

You may not be eligible for refunds if Epic determines that you are abusing this Fab Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights available to you under the applicable law.



How can a refund be requested?

Refund requests must be submitted through Fab Support. If the reason for your refund is an issue with the product, please contact the seller before contacting Fab Support.



When will I get my refund?

We will do our best to process an approved refund within 2 business days. Please note that the amount of time it takes for you to receive the refund in your payment method depends on that method.



How will I get my refund?

By default, purchases will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase, but this may not always be possible, depending on the payment method. If it is not possible to refund to the original payment method, refunds may be processed as credits to your Epic Wallet.



If I made a purchase using my Epic Wallet balance, can I request a refund?

Yes, if you've completed a purchase on Fab using Epic Wallet funds, you can request a refund for eligible purchases. Any eligible refund on a purchase of content on Fab made with funds from your Epic Wallet will be refunded back to your Epic Wallet. For more information, see Epic Wallet Terms and Conditions.
